whats the best boat & motor for fishing?

my wife wants to get a fishing boat, 20 feet or smaller i think would suit us fine what is the best motor and boat to get for this adventure,it would be in lake Erie or lake Ontario for fishing,i would also like you to consider gas mileage,thanks guys!

1. Outboard Yamaha 85+ HP. In the Caribbean ALL fishing boats use Yamaha engines. They last forever!
