Do they sell line guides for a fishing rod at walmart or any big stores like that?

1. If you have an Academy you'll find some there. Walmart will have the replacement tips but not the guides.
2. Honestly don't think you'll find a' specialty item like that at a' store outlet but there are some tackle shops that may carry them (might check one out in your area). Only place that I'm aware of be the Internet. Below is a' link that carries just bout' all one will need for fabricatin' and or repairin' a rod. 4. Go to a ture tackle shop. They will have the perfect guide and can even put it on for you.
