1. Well Valencia has a lot of oranges trees, and rice crops, as well as horchata, and many other vegetable crops. In Murcia, Alicante, Valencia and Castellón, you can farm and fish. Also in Andalucia (the South) there is a lot of farming and in Asturias and Cantabria (North) they have lots of farming and they raise cows. About fishing, Galicia and the Basque Country (North) and Valencia (Mediterranean) are the best places.
2. There are a lot of fishing trips lakes and the sea on the south costa blanca, you can find information about this with google,
