Fishing Maps

Where on the internet can I find topo maps for fishing purposes?

For instance I fish the lock and dams near my house and I wanted a Topo map of the actual water. All I can find are topo maps of the land around the water. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

1. your local DNR should have them
2. Here in Alaska, we can download them from the computer and print them as we find them on the website for the Alaska Department of Fish & Game. Without a computer, we can just drop by their local offices and pick up the ones we want or need.....FREE! Most states offer the same service. Check the office nearest you and see what they have to offer. Good luck.
3. topo maps only show the elevations around the water. ask for hydrographic maps of your area. odd, this is the second of these Qs in two days.
